Any MBs that can handle 1.2V mobile A64s out of the box?

I know there are some MBs that can reportedly handle the DTR mobile A64s out of the box. As I understand, though, the Clawhammer DTRs (are there any based on Newcastle or Oakville?) dissipate 82W while the current generation desktop Winchesters dissipate around 67W so there's no incentive to go with a DTR.

Do any MBs exist which have out-of-the-box support for the low-power 1.2V mobile Newcastle or Oakville A64s that dissipate only 25W or 35W?
