Any mATX 800FSB Intel chipset motherboards that OC out there?

Title pretty much says it all. I have a friend who has an aged Dell (and it accepts standard mATX mobo's). I want to find and point out a mATX motherboard that OC's decently, like upto 250-275 FSB. Does not need all the bells and whitles with built in everything... just an AGP slot.
