any map/directions websites that give your directions not using FWY?

i remember mapquest having such an option, but i think they took it out. there was a thread posted here with the exact same question, but i dont think anyone found such a site

well, I am taking a big guess here, you live in Santa Monica and drives to Redondo Beach for work.

if by any rare chance I got that right, you can take any of the main road heading east until you hit Van Ness, Western, or Vermont and go all the way down south.


otherwise, disregard all that crap above, my clarvoyance sucks.
