ok, how about a mATX motherboard with TV-out and the 5.1 digital output? I can find one or the other...never both

chaintech has a nice one out, but i dont believe it supports 5.1 it is a decent mobo.

awsome, that should do nicely...but where can I buy it? I'm in the USA and I couldn't find at GoogleGear, newegg, mwave, on pricewatch, pricegrabber, dealtime, and i'm running out of places to search!

I just did a search on Pricewatch for "uatx nforce2" and another search for "micro atx nforce2" and I got several hits: Abit, Biostar, MSI, and Shuttle.

Just did another search for "microatx nforce2" and the Asus board popped up.
