I've ate too much liver. I am sick of the taste now. From what I've heard they are not that good for you anyway. Lots of cholesterol and even toxins

My mom used to make a liver dish with a sort of creamy gravy and broccoli, served over english muffins. I got the recipe from her recently and have been meaning to make it.

..ya. I think I'll get some calves liver. Fry it up wit onions and stir fry a mess of veggies wit scrambled eggs.
