Any lists on which 360 games support this?

I was really disappointed last night when I had a friend over and we wanted to play R6: Vegas splitscreen while on Xbox Live and it seems as though it doesn't support it. I guess it could potentially cause some kind of network performance issue, but I wasn't particularly pleased. I realize you can play splitscreen offline but that's not as fun.

Then, I popped in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and figured there's no way that game WOULDN'T support our configuration of two players over Xbox Live considering all characters are on the same screen all the time, but again it looks like that's a no-go. By this point I was frustrated so maybe I missed a menu option but from what I could tell it wasn't going to let two of us sign in on the same Xbox and play on Live.

So does anyone know of a definitive resource where I can find out which games would support this? I was hoping Microsoft's own site would have something on it, but their official designation for M: UA mentions nothing about it and there's no distinction between that and GRAW2, which apparently does support it judging by another member's question on the front page of this forum.

Anyway, thanks for your time. See you on Live, regardless. GamerTag: CKRanger

Hmmm... good question. I know some of the XBLA games support that (like Aegis Wing), but I can't think of any full retail games that do.

Even though it's not a 360 game, I just got done with the Warhawk beta on PS3 and it supported up to 4-player split screen online. I really enjoyed being able to go online to play the game together with friends who were at my home. The cool part was they could join in at any time. I could be in the middle of a match and all the had to do was hit Start on their controller and the screen would split on the fly and they could join in (assuming slots were available in the game). It's a great feature that I wish more games (PS3 or 360) would support.

A lot of games don't have support for bringing guests online with you on Live. Just varies from game to game, don't know of any comprehensive lists though.

GRAW and GRAW2 definitely support it. Gears of War supports it, but I believe you need two Gold Member sign-ons...at least that is the only way I was able to get it to work. Most other games I have played did not support it at all...which is obviously disappointing...although I really hate split screen.

I do believe that FIFA 07 supports this...but don't take my word on it.
