As long as they are reporting facts, they can use your name. You don't get any special protection solely because you're a minor. And you may not even be a minor - depends on your state's laws.

unless they are naming the victum/perpetrator of a crime or something special, they can do that

if you are 17 and win the local 5 K fun run and they name you , that is ok without your approval
