Well this is what happened.. My brother and 2 other friends were out .. and one of the kid that my brother hangs out with saw a kid that he didn't like too much. Nothing really happened so they went their seperate ways.
The kid that they don't like too much went to this girl's house that they mutually know at like 3 am calling them out ( when they weren't there ) So my brother and his friends get a call and they show up to wherever the girls house was.
(police was called by my brother and his friends )
I guess an altercation occurs where this one kid who had friends with him started something up ... and got a beatdown by my brother and two of his other friends. ( the kid that called them out was older ).
All 4 were arrested and my brother was charged with assault.

there were about 5 witnesses vouching that the other guy who got beatdown started the whole altercation, would that have any effect in the case ?

The fun part is filling out applications now. "Have you ever been arrested?"
Do you actually have any knowlege about things like this, or are you just running your mouth again?Originally posted by: Ylen13 they will let him out on probation. Also depends how bussy da is. If he is really busy they may never prosecute the case

technically you have to say yes only if he is convicted but if you ever got questioned by a cop and he filled out the white card then you are on record

Would you be on record for a violation?
