Got some issues that need to be resolved prior to getting married in a few months relating to my fiancee's wayward daughter. I need to know what my liability will be after getting married for any trouble she might get into. Can someone direct me to some good references for this sort of thing?

PS - C'mon! I answer all of your medical questions!

She is turning 18 in two weeks but she is presently a runaway, breaking probation.

Once shes 18 shes on her own don't worry about it. Just dont let her bring her crap under your roof after shes is 18 you and your wife could be held responsible.

I agree. Nonetheless, from what I heard, if you are on probation as a juvenile and you turn 18 on probation, you remain a juvenile under the law until age 21. That's what I'm worried about.

I was talking self administered but just joking of course. One of my older brothers had a serious "teen girl problem" from his new marrige. First she started stealing from them, of course the mother protected the daughter, she did drugs, got two cars confiscated for DUI 3X..Again mother rescued her.. After about 100K in legal bills, theft, treatment centers etc etc she ODs in cocaine/crack (not sure) and they find her blue in her appartment. :(

Please see an attoney... Somehow they were responsible to 25!!!
