Any larger size ereaders out there?

I haven't been interested much in the reader market until I saw the Que proreader. Of course, having found one I would actually buy they promptly canceled it. Are there any other full page sized (8 1/2 x 11) or larger readers out there, or in development? I have no interest in tablet functionality really, as that's what a laptop is for. If that's the only way to get what I want then so be it but it's not a feature, just an added cost.

I got one of these for my mother whose eyesight isn't great. She loves it. Like you said it isn't 8.5x11 but the screen is large and VERY clear.
