Ive been playin @ PokerRoom for more than a year now and my connection there was flawless.. Over the past 2 days, I keep lagging out or getting dropped and as a result my seat and hands are taken away.. Other poker sites work fine...... so it's either me or the site.. I honestly think it's the site because I can perform normal day-to-day operations fine except for playin @ PR.. I haven't changed my set up in awhile but recently I upgraded my router firmware to the latest one (3.20)..I heard it had many known problems related to wireless connection but for me, IT IMPROVED MY SISTER'S WIRELESS CONNECTION..I know that for a fact because she hasn't complained to me in a week...maybe her gain was my loss because I can no longer play @ PR anymore?
I did a traceroute to PokerRoom and the other skins on the network and they all produce similar results....90% of the tracing looks fine but there's always 2-3 that are either dramaticall higher in ping or flat out timed out....does that point to the router?
