Question Any knowledge fixing black patch on laptop LCD screen

Any knowledge and way fixing black patch on laptop LCD screen as mine is as below:

The defect is solid black circle on top LCD, the circle is ~17 mm diameter perfect circle, and wierd is it's moving by itself so slowly (3-4mm a day) or movable by pressing the side of it'll be moved from

Any knowledge on fixing it by injecting liquid crystal as estimated amount as the defect ?

Black spots that are larger than a dead pixel(s) black spot are results of the liquid crystal that is normally encapsulated evenly in the LCD panel has dried up or moved leaving no Liquid Crystal thereby causing the panels interior's to “bond" or join leaving no chance for the liquid to return or known simply as “stuck pixel". This can be caused by a object pressing against LCD with enough pressure to relocate the solution but not enough to break the screen or panel but they can do it on their own probably due to manufacturer defect. This is not limited to computer LCD's as it can be found in any product with a LCD screen.
