Any jewelry mavens on here? Want a price/reality check on a ring

Knowing nothing whatsoever about jewelry (don't even wear any, not even a watch), just wanted to see if this was a reasonable price or not. It's a white gold ring with a C6 sapphire, 1.40 carats, and two round diamonds on the side .17 carats. On sale it's $507.15 OTD with tax. Seems reasonable enough but just want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off...
 
my wife says that you should get a CGI to look at it. realize that most saphires get oiled or heated to fill / cover inclusions. still sounds like a reasonable price, but you should ask what has been done to the gem so that you KNOW before you buy what has been done to the gem.
