Any Japanese readers out there? (Re proximitron site down)

If there's any Japanese readers out there, I'd like to ask you for a small quick favor. There's a website I want to download a software program from http://www.proxomitron.org, and it has a short message in Japanese instead of the normal website. I was just wondering what it was. Is it like Bandwidth Exceeded or something like that? Thanks, I greatly appreciate it.

In case you are wondering, proximitron is a wonderful little program that sits between you and the web browser and it can modify HTML on the fly as it comes in. Some of the cooler benifits are pop up killing, letting those flashing .gif ads run only once, making it so it doesn't show a referrer. It can also modify incoming javascript. I plan on using for a few reasons. One is to remove that dang google ad bar on the left of the page. I'm tired of it being there. I wouldn't mind if they would change the page to wrap back around underneath it like battle.net forums, but until they do I want it gone. Also I want to stop stupid websites from changing the focus to them. I often open up ten or twenty windows and I HATE having the page change the focus to itself after it has finished loading. Basically anything that comes in over html and stuff you can have it change as it comes in. It comes with a lot of options built in to enable if you want them, and its very easy to make your own. For instance you could have it look for flashing red text and change it to white, and you can have it do that only for ONE website, or the entire internet.

The first character means 'to extinguish.' The conjugation indicates past tense. Shut down seems like a reasonable conclusion.

I was hoping someone could tell me a little more detail on what it meant. My first guess (and hope!) is that its bandwidth has been exceeded for this month. Then at least I'll know it should come back. If its been perminatly shut down, I'll have to look for a mirror. I already looked around briefly on google and didn't see one with the most recent version 🙁

Thanks for the translation. I hope they can fix it and get back up. That would be seriously dissapointing if proximitron died.
