I really want to make a script for managing IRC downloads. I know some C and Java and not Visual Basic so I would like a C style language over VB Script. A while ago I got pretty far with mIRC but now that I am at it again I was going to use TurboIRC since it has C scripting and tutorials. However, it isn't the greatest client. So basically I am wondering what client you recommend for scripting and why.. thanks!

btw, there is a http button that u can use for future use
