Any iPhone apps worth money?

I got a $25 iTunes gift card for Christmas. I don't usually spend money on apps, but I figured I'd ask if there are any apps or games worth actually paying for?

SplashID is the only iPhone app I have yet to pay for, and I have 9 pages of apps.

My favorite paid apps thus far;

Trism (Bought it the day it came out months ago and STILL play it nearly every other day) - $4.99
Burning Monkey Casino (Good general casino app, has lots of different games) - $0.99
Delivery Status Touch (FANTASTIC package tracking app, syncs with desktop widget version) - $1.99
Lumen (Another great game, some levels can be difficult but I still play it often) - $0.99
Ocarina (Great music generating app, takes a bit of skill to get good at it, but I love playing with it) - $0.99

My next purchase will likely be Rolando, but at $9.99 i've yet to jump. Good reviews though.

AppShopper for watching price drops.

-Fieldrunners is a great waste of time
-4tracks is a simple 4 track recorder that I really lick
-winadmin is good when you are in a pinch

HoldEm is nice, and personally I swear by Pocket Tunes Radio as the best streaming radio client (but boy is it expensive).

another vote for fieldrunners. .. great time killer . . . If you like to listen to out of town radio, wunder radio is a great app altho clean channel statipons were recently pulled when they put out their own free I heart radio app.

I prefer Engimo or whatever you call it (water droplet game) over field runners. I can see how people like field runners but its predictable

What is it about Pocket Tunes, that makes it better than the free AOL or iheart Radio

AOL Radio only tunes AOL's stations obviously and iHeart Radio only does Clearchannel's stations, Pocket Tunes Radio can tune anything Shoutcast/Icecast, including custom streams and password protected streams. This means I can use it with Digitally Imported. It's also the only player that "gets it right" with respect to how it decodes things; it uses the Apple MP3 decoder for MP3 streams, and only uses its own internal decoders for AAC and AAC+. And those decoders use less CPU time than FStream, meaning it won't burn through your battery like a knife through butter.

3rd for Fieldrunners, Snail Mail is also cool, it's actually a game. It just came out and is only $1.99, it's going up to $5.99 or something soon. Fieldrunners is bad ass I'm playing it right now 🙂
