Any impressive download to show off radeon 9600/9800 at its best?

Just wondering..im kinda bored and was searching for some d/l that can showcase today's grafix cards..ive already seen most ATI 9700/9800 demos/screensavers on its website, and Aquamark, 3dmark2003 etc....any other d/l/demos which are worth seeing? 🙂

Any suggestions? The only DX9 games (I think) i've played thru was Call of Duty and Need for Speed Underground...

BTW, are Gun Metal, Code Creatures and X Rolling Demo worth the download? 🙂

The Chimp demo by ATI. You may need a 9700+ card to run it but it's the coolest I have seen.

9700+ card whatever, i got a 9500pro and it runs all the 9700 and 9800 demos with aplomb (ok ok i guess the 9500pro is basically a 9700 except for the memory bus)

I wanna wrapper for dusk!!!.

Try DX2. It you can get it running stabily, some parts of it are jaw dropping.
The ATI Pipes demo is good. And entertaining!
rthdripl is good as well.
And the ATI Car Paint demo.

The Nvidia Dawn demo is pretty nice. Especially since it supposedly runs better on Ati hardware. 😉 You need an opengl wrapper to run it on your Ati card, rage3d has an article on how to do it.

yup radeon ran better than the fx5800 before the geforcefx 5900 came out...

I ran dawn on both FX5900 and Radeon9700Pro...
Dawn became choppy @ 1600x1200 with 4xAA on radeon 9700pro, while on geforcefx 5900 I can run it at 6xAA and still have it run smoothly, it doesn't get choppy until 8xAA

My 9600 Pro can run all of ATI's demos perfectly, infact, when i ran them, i had antialiasing and anisotropic filtering on.
I like the 9700 demo with the ferrarri F50 the best. The chimp demo looks good also.

Try playing the xiii demo. The cell shaded graphics might not be super graphically complex but it's very unique looking.
