Any image mounting software that doesn't need to be installed?

Sometimes at work I need to install Microsoft Office or something else that comes from a CD. I'd much rather image these discs, put them on my usb flash memory drive and install. But the only way I know to do that is install Daemon Tools, which requires a reboot, then mount the image. Are there any tools that can run off the flash drive without an install that would allow me to mount the image and install?

Or is there some other way of doing this?

Virtual clone drive would be faster to use. It doesn't require a reboot of the PC.
