Hit up craigslist, or the atot free thread. Someone might sell you an old broken one for just shipping.

Lego?

IIRC, lego had something similar in some of their boxes. Don't know about the exact sizes of the things though.

They are an Industrial Supplier, You would have to do some research to figure out pitch, diameter, no. of teeth etc.
