Any ideas on why I can't change my home page on my BlackBerry?

Hey guys,

I've had this 8130 BB Pearl for over a year now and just recently upgraded the firmware/software on it with the BB software on my PC. Anyways, I can't seem to change my home page now, the default home page is BB support. When I'm in the browser, I go to options, and in the field where the home page address is, I can't type or erase it at all.

Any ideas? I did some google searches and it seems like many other people have this problem, but no one really has a solution from the few forum threads I've read.

Options menu -> advanced options -> Service Book

There should be one entry related to....something about help and the browser. Delete it.

off topic a bit: get Opera mobile for your BB, it's worlds better than the default BB one

Or Bolt, either are much better than stock.
