I recently was bombarded by the Lovebug virus and by the time I had found out, there were more than 5000 files that I had to quarantine and eventually delete. Which they were still quarantined, I noticed that my control panel display on Win2k Pro, looked messed up. Meaning all of the icons are on the bottom left part of the window, where there is usually the webstyle view. I have tried everything I know, so I am turning to you guys? Could this be because the virus had damaged my OS? If so, what is the easiest way to recover the OS, without having to reinstall? To keep in mind, my OS is running on a SCSI drive controlled by the onboard chip on my Epox board, so when I go into the Win2K cdrom at boot, to repair windows, it cannot see the SCSI drive, so the existing OS is not seen. Please let me know if any of you have faced this problem. I can send a screenshot if you sent me an email. Thanks alot.

cant comment on the control panel, but if U boot off the CD, hit F6 and install the SCSI drivers by floppy.... then it'll see the drive fine
