Any ideas on how to attach plexiglass to metal?

I need to attach a small piece of plexi glass, like 3" wide by 4" tall to my home theater computer case to mount a fan to. There is a rail that goes across the top that I can connect to, as well as the bottom. But i'm not sure what to use to attach it?

Any ideas?

Epoxy. The good stuff that has the two different components that mix in the syringe.

You'll see the fans are currently mounted outside of the case. Well, I want to move them to the inside so it doesn't look so "ghetto".

I don't have any good pictures of the inside of the case, but there is a support beam going across the tip, as well as a "lip" on the bottom. I think I can attach a piece of plexi glass (about 1/4" thick) to the top and bottom beams and mount the fan to it.

what exactly does a HT box do? Is it just a windows box that you use a soundblaster and dvd rom drive with? I'm new to this and your project actually looks pretty good.

My intent was for it to be a PVR, jukebox, gaming machine, ect ect ect.

However, my TV only supports 480i, 480p, and 1080i, all of which are unusable in a windows environment for the most part.

So, I'm thinking about selling it.

uh.. why don't you mount them on the inside then? I don't see what you need plexiglass for..

if I mount them on the inside of the shell, I can't put the shell on. I need to mount them to the case itself. I didn't exactly think it all the way through when I cut the holes.
