Any ideas on how to adjust height of one monitor in fixed dual monitor mount?

My work has a fixed height dual monitor mount, but two mismatched monitors. So due to the different VESA mounting points, they are at significantly different heights.

I've been searching for an adapter where I can screw into the monitor mount and then screw one monitor into the adapter at a higher point (about 1 inch).

Standard VESA 100mm mounting points.

Any ideas? I've googled to no avail.

Thanks

What kind of mount is it now ?
They sometimes have parts for your current mounting system that may do what you want.

I suppose you could do a homebrew type of mod that will do what you want, but not sure your boss will like that idea.

It's a pretty standard fixed dual monitor mount with VESA holes (for 100 and 75mm). Both monitors have 100mm holes. I've asked facilities and they just looked at my blankly.

Yeah - I need somewhat for a plate to be connected to the mount with another set of 100mm holes a inch up where I can screw in the monitor.

Is it a arm that swings out, or is it a long pole with dual mount brackets on it, or ...

Will something like this work ?

If you can, a pic of the unit you have now might help more...
