Any idea where I can get a hinge

I’m out of ideas. I cannot find a small horizontally mounted hinge for my medicine cabinet. It’s a Home Depot China made special no vendor information on it but I’m confident it’s this model.
I hate trashing the whole thing over one hinge.

The problems are, the mount on the base is machine stamped into the wood. I can pry that out but doing so will leave a large hole where is was and likely make adapting a vertical hinge problematic.
Second problem is I cannot find any horizontal mounted hinges.

I saw this site earlier. I did not find any that mount horizontally to the base and vertically to the door.

Whole hinge broke in half. No way it can be salvaged.

Type "tri-view mirror hinge" into the google.

Probably won't find an exact match unless you prowl the back streets of the Shenzhen hinge district.

Don't confuse it with the minge district though.

What if you just use a vertically mounted hinge and bolt it on a cut/ground down piece of angle iron or something like this screwed into the top of the cabinet... would look a little less ghetto, trimmed to size and painted white:
