Any idea what game this is?

I've been told it's Skyrim footage, but by the date of the video that doesn't seem right. Others say Oblivion but I've played 300 hours of Oblivion and I don't recognize the environment.

Anyway just wondering..if anyone can shed some light that'd be great.

Actually when the dude looked down in his hand it seemed he had some high tech gadget, prompting me to believe its a test for Crysis 1 or 2 but not the actual game we got. Remember before they came out both games had plenty of demo vids showing graphics too good for current hardware, and they had be scaled back.

OR, it could be an HD mod for Oblivion, of which there are several. I suppose it could also be an early test of Skyrim but I doubt it. They'd be more interested in snow effects. In fact I dont even know if the final game will have any green areas.
