My house is 18 years old and I'm planning on replacing the Furnace and AC both to lower my bills and because they're most likely nearing the end of their life anyway.
There are quite a few manufacturers out there. I'm wondering if there is a leader in the field right now. It's tough to tell because every contractor uses a different manufacturers products.
I'd like a company that will stand behind their products and their warranty.
