No it's not for Linux.
It runs on any OS because it's written in Java.
It used to run great for me on Windows 98, and now I use it on Windows XP Pro. Nice program, extremely small size. Its author Paul Lutus really is a fine programmer.
You quoted it like I was saying Jalbum was only for Linux. I suggested JAlbum. Before you edited your post, the only software you suggested was Free Slide Projector, and that was a Unix only program.
From it's home page:
This is not a Windows program.
A minor issue, but the reedit made it seem like something else. . .
No. You misread it. I didn't say anything at all about Jalbum being for Linux. I can't comment at all on Jalbum because I've never heard of Jalbum.
I said the free projector on Paul Lutus' Arachnophilia site is written in Java so it runs on ANY OS. You merely need to have Java installed.
It is NOT a Unix-only program as you say. It is NOT a Linux-only program as you said in your prior post. I repeat, I run it right now on Windows, and it works great on Windows. It's an extremely small-sized program.
