Any hot programming forums?

I occasionally have a programming problem, and want to put the question out to a forum. I'm a student, currently working on Visual C++ with MFC (what a monster!)

The AnandTech forums are blistering hot -- sometimes I'm off page 1 in half an hour. I've tried a few programming forums, and they seem to have a few new messages per day, that's all. Pretty slow way to get an answer when stuck on a lab assignment.
