The problem with the current batch of high-end phones is they pack large high resolution displays in relatively thin and light phones. Where's the room for a keyboard?
That's said, there are a few phones being made with keyboards still, but they aren't high-end.

None of the flagships as far as I can tell in the standard smartphone or phablet segments are shipping with physical keyboards. It's a shame, because my favorite input was on the Dell Venue Pro, a vertical slider. I wish there was a new version of that.
