Any heavy graphic users out there? Q about best graphic card.

My sister is having a computer system built for her and she's thinking about getting the 3D Oxygen video card. I don't really know much about the card.
Anybody have any suggestions on which card to use? GeForce2 GTS better?
She's into advertising and she would like to use the system for video and graphics editing. Not much of a gamer...but how would the 3D Oxygen card work.
Also, I don't really know which model Oxygen she's going with, so any suggestions would help.

If its just video and graphics editing, a 3DLabs Oxygen card is overkill. Besides, I don't think there are much video capabilities on that card. Try a G400/G450 with video capabilities, or an ATI card. The G400 would be faster and have better image quality, but the ATI has better video capabilities.
