any heating or boiler guys?

Not getting any hot water. Have to troubleshoot since it's night time and I'll call someone in the morning - but maybe you guys can help in the meantime. 2-year old gas burner and indirect water heater. Burnham ESC5 boiler doesn't appear to be kicking off and we have an Alpha smart circulator that used to have lights & numbers on it (electronic) but now appears totally off. Is it a boiler problem or the circulator problem? I see 1 switch near the boiler and the main gas switch (red), both on. Off-and-on doesn't help, but I hear a few clicks from the boiler when I do either. I suppose it's the electronic ignition (no pilot light)? Why is the circulator off?
