Any Harlan Ellison fans here?

I've read a bunch of his older stories, but am not enough of a fan to keep up with anything more recent.

I'm more fond of SF and fantasy than his or Vonnegut's "Speculative Fiction," for example:

David Brin - Kiln People, Uplift stories
Stephen Baxter - Manifold: Time
L.E. Modesitt, Jr. - Adiamante
