Any half height 1394 cards?

Anyone seen/know of a half height firewire card or a low profile card with an I/O plate that could be bent to fit into an Aopen H340 case? Thanks
 
Yeah I was thinking of ordering one of those front I/O adapters, just need the firewire card 'cause my motherboard(MX3-S) isn't equipped with onboard 1394.
