Any guys shave their..

Armpits? Mostly I'm not very hairy, except my pits. Trimming them isn't enough because their coverage is too much. Thought of shaving half or something, biggest worry is how itchy it might be!

I've heard if you shave somewhere it only makes it grow faster, so I'd avoid it, and yes it would probably itch. I heard it also increases risk of ingrown hair, which is an extremely painful thing to go through.

I trim them occasionally, because I have ridiculous body hair. 2 times a year I have to trim my whole body.

It's weird right after you trim them because you feel your pit sweat dripping down your side.

Trick question. Shaving the armpits results in revocation of one's man card, ergo it's impossible for someone to shave their armpits and remain a guy.

I suppose I could understand trimming them, but shaving them? Not a shot. I would imagine shaving them could predispose to some fairly unpleasant foliculitis. 😛

Nope. When I stretch my arms in my skinny emo t-shirts, my sleeves pull back and my armpit hair pops out. That is the first step in my mating ritual.

I shave mine. I think hairy armpits are disgusting. It doesn't itch in the least and once a week keeps things nice and smooth. Never had an ingrown hair or anything else nasty. I mean nearly all women (at least here in the U.S.A.) shave theirs and I don't hear a lot of complaining from them on the matter. Just keep a razor in the shower and go over your pits once a week.

Trim, but not shave. I do this because deodorant seems to be more effective without a hairy mess in my armpits.

That's not true.

'Stubble can hurt like a motherfucker' is, though.

Shaved pits on a dude, besides not being hetero as fuck, are just inviting a rash. And possible smelliness and pit-stained t-shirts. A little hair keeps your antiperspirant/deodorant in place and working.

Emphasis on 'little.' Using clippers to trim your various man-forests is not only still-hetero, but recommended for being less disgusting to those people with the vaginas.

I have before. I decided it's too much work for too little benefit ultimately. I have friends who shave their whole bodies. I guess they don't value their free time at all.

Do woman get rashes from their shaved armpits?

If anything, shaved armpits would be better since the deodorant have more skin to work with.

You can get a hair trimmer that will cut your pit hair as short as you like, without the worry about the itching/ingrown hairs that could result from shaving.

Try some thing like this.

And kudos to you guys that do that. Tidy FTW!

Then shave your armpits. Report back in a few days for an 'I told you not to do that.'

As far as deodorant, meh, speculation. I just don't see it staying in place if you start sweating at all and there's a cotton shirt for it to rub off on.

Almost thought if this was a thread on whether you shaved your nuts. LOL!

Nutsack skin is a totally different animal. Contrary to what one may think, it's possibly the least uncomfortable part to shave.

Well, the ACT of shaving is not exactly 'comfortable.' But it doesn't get irritated from shaving nor from stopping shaving. The skin at the base of your dick is what will be agonizing at the 'stubble' stage.

The more you know.
