Any GRIFFIN REFLECT Ipod case owners here ?

I am pissed,just noticed this P.O.S. case has made 4 scratches in the right side of my 80GB classic from where the case snaps shut...:|


Called GRIFFIN nad they said well gee we are trying to scratch our ipod and it will not scratch....:roll:


I want to start a class action suit against these suckers...there has to be others as my ipod was scratch free before I started using this case to PROTECT my ipod...
