Any great lease offers available now?

I am sure this will at some point devolve into a thread lambasting anybody who doesn't buy a $1500 car with cash. But until then, are there any great lease offers right now? For example, I see that Nissan is having pretty attractive offers on an Altima (under $200/month just tax, first payment, etc. out of pocket).

What else?

The Cruze is leasing well right now as is the Malibu. But, it depends on the trim level and the mileage you require.

Buddy of mine just leased an '11 Malibu 1LT with 10K a year. $176 for 36 months. He had some GM card money that got thrown in the deal along with supplier discount though.

My wife's Aura lease is coming to a close soon. I too am interested in good deals.

Zero down. He paid out around $670 out of pocket for transfering plates, tax on the cap reduction and all those fees they seem to come up with. I say around, because I don't remember the exact number. It was high sixes though.

Remember though, he had supplier discount (which they'll give to virtually anyone here in the motor city) plus quite a bit off his GM Mastercard which brought the net cap cost down. Sorry, I don't remember the exact figures and I should because we had lunch today.

Picked up a circular today, looks like Camry is still doing some great lease offers, tax, first payment, dealer doc, etc at purchase and $190/month. Similar on a 2011 Fusion also, $199/month with no money down except the various taxes and fees and all junk.

EDIT that fusion is on a 24 month, crap.

Kia Forte $189/month for 36 months $0 out of pocket, so all taxes, etc. included in that. Optima same deal but $259/month
