Any good Xbox games out yet?

Other than Halo, that is.

I had an Xbox a couple months ago but got rid of it because the only fun game was Halo.
The games I had were OK, but just not fun enough to keep the (at that time) $300 console.

I had:

Halo - Most fun I've ever had with a game. It's by far my favorite FPS ever. Yes, ever.
JSRF - never really got past the training stage. Don't have time to learn how to play a game
Bloodwake - The game was too easy and didn't really have anything to it other than shooting at boats
Project Gotham - A pretty fun racing game. It was fun to play with a friend, but kinda boring alone.
Azurik: Rise of Perathia - um, not fun at all
Jedi Night 2 - Again, never had time to learn how to play the game. Wasn't really that much fun.

So which killer Xbox games are there? Which games justify spending $200 on the console.

If you like football, I just got Madden 2003, pretty good. Other than that, I have no idea, still waiting on some good games to roll out that I like.

There are a few but I dont really have the time to keep up on them. I just ordered Madden 2003, I'm hooked on 2002, been through about 14 or 15 seasons since I bought it(football is my weakness). I also have Tony Hawk 3 which is pretty fun, as well as ralisport challenge, thats a keeper for sure. Halo and MX2002 are the only others I dont play much any more. I've seen some comercials for some good games, for the life of me I cant remember what they were called though . There are some good ones for sure though, check out IGN, they have them all.

I had fun with Madden 2k2 and have heard that some College football game (by Sega maybe?) is possibly even more fun.

I just bought Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Kicks more ass than a three-legged Hell's Angel.

Graphics, sound, animation, gameplay are all ASTOUNDING. Never even watched the show and now I'm a fan.
The fighting system and controls are impeccable; truly the pinnacle of action/adventure on the Xbox to date.

actually there are hundreds of great games on the xbox. install a modchip and you can run MAME, SNES, GENESIS, NES, TurboGrafx 16, N64, PSX (in development), LYNX, Sega Master System, C64, etc etc.

Dead 2 rights is also pretty good. too long in my opinion.

I've never installed a mod chip on any system, and I don't think I'll start now....

I loved SSX Tricky so Amped might be fun as well

If you liked SSX Tricky, just buy it for the Xbox

Dead 2 Rights is awesome No recent game has made good use of strippers like D2R does.

I haven't had a chance to play buffy yet, but from what I hear, its great.

Just steer away from Bruce Lee : QFTD and Kabuki Warriors

The games out are pretty good. Halo, Dead or Alive 3, Moto GP. THese are all pretty fun games and great multi-player games. I'm still waiting for some good RPG type games and stuff. That, and a racing game like Gran Turismo so I can upgrade my cars and stuff.

I'm picky as hell. I don't want to spend ~$50 on just any game and not play it a month later.

I've got 3 so far and they're all worth playing still:

Halo
Project Gotham Racing
World Series Baseball (and I don't even care for real baseball [MLB] much anymore) - GREAT GAME.

I am looking for Sega NFL2k3 deals right now because it WILL be my next game... then probably NHL2003 and MechAssault.

These should all be GREAT games in my opinion.

I own Halo, Rallisport, and NFL Fever

Halo is tons of fun, especially when playing system link with others
Rallisport is fun for awhile, but it gets boring eventually
Fever is fun for the casual football fan, I still play it even though I've had it for 9 months now

My brother has Morrowind. He loves it, I hate it.

MechAssault sounds good. I haven't played any MechWarrior game since MechWarrior 2

I've heard good things about All Star Baseball so I was thinking about that game as well.

Halo 2 is being developed. Also, that RaceDriver game coming out soon is showing some promise. Splinter Cell is also shaping up to be a GREAT X-Box title, and there was a VERY strong showing for X-Box games at this year's E3.

Right now, RalliSport Challenge is damn fun. And Dead To Rights has gotten a lot of good reviews, and people tell me that GunValkirye is fun.

Oh, and you also didn't mention Dead Or Alive 3. That game is pretty good.

I have Halo, JSRF, MotoGP, and Rallsport Challenge at this moment. I play 8 player multi on Halo every weekend; MotoGP and RSC whenever I'm not getting my speed fix in a real car; and JSRF when my GF is around (it's the only game she likes).

Lately Eternal Darkness and NCAA 2003 have been keeping me busy on my Gamecube.

I'll be picking up Turok and Sega GT for my Xbox within the next two weeks. Mario Sunshine is a maybe; Quantum Redshift is more likely.

I've had all three systems

PS2 was OK (I didn't enjoy GTA3 that much)

Gamecube was fun for a bit until no games came out for 4 months

Xbox was awesome just because of Halo. I swear if Halo didn't come out with Xbox that system would have gone the way of the Dreamcast.

yea, well, halo is only one game, the dreamcast has dozens of fantastic titles.

PS2 is damn SLOW, that's what I hate about it, I have a PS2 and the only games I use it for are NBA Street (best basketball game EVER) and GT3. Once XBox has decent replacements for those 2 game's it's off to ebay for the PS2. World Series Baseball is a blast, I HATE baseball with a passion, I think it's the worst sport in the world, but it takes a whole different form on a console. Sports games are really the best, they have the highest replay value of any type of game out there. I hear Hunter is pretty cool to, you should look into that one.

I don't own an XBox but tried Crazy Taxi 3 at a shop and it was pretty fun for those 5 minutes I had with it.

Also NCAA 2K3 is real fun if you're in to college football. If you have Madden 2K3 you can draft seniors from NCAA2K3. I don't spend too much time with XBOX right now but i do play Motogp the most.

I will be playing more b/c i got the hi-5 to be a beta tester.
