Any good website for Weight lifting techniques?

I just started working out, Only got a set of dumbbells with no bench, So is there a website that teaches some techniques to work out with those dumbbells?
like animation/java/flash/jpeg picture is all good. Preferable shows what muslce groups the specific routine covers

i'm maxing at 155 right now... @ 123lbs :)


I'm in the process of massing myself, and then in about 4 months (when i'm around 150) i will get to cutting.

Well, so long as we're talking about maxing...I have no idea what mine is, heh. :) I've been stuck at the same bench for the past few months--mainly because the working out hasn't been as intense as before--but luckily it's starting to go back up. Just added on 5 pounds to my last set today, woohoo! My guess is that I'm up to around 300 or so, but I'll have to give it a try sometime and see.

My other exercises seem to be increasing pretty nicely though, so happy about that. Now I just need to get in more jogging, and lose about 5 pounds so I can get back down to 155. Yay.

OMG!

I thought I was weak/outta shape.

235 .....155 .....

My max is 355, and I havn't lifted in 3 years, glad I'm not little

Course I'm 6'3" 250Lbs
