Any Good TV Tuners for Laptops?

I would prefer a PCMCIA card, but will also consider USB devices. All I really want to do is watch casual television.

AverMedia make rather excellent PCMCIA TV cards, for analog and DVB-T.

Stay away from the LifeView and its OEM badge jobs. It's good, but it contains a tiny and very annoying fan. Yes, a fan in a PCMCIA card.
