No such grranimal. Drivers are exclusively written by Nvidia and represent gajillions of dollars and man hours investement and thus remain closely guarded intellectual property.
Some dude altering a plain-text installer script to toggle various different options existing in the driver does not a third-party driver make. Beware the most common such "tweaks" to improve performance obviously would have been done by the company if it had been able to pass WHQL certification.
If keen on fiddling then better to get an actual tweaker and learn about the various options while still being able to return to original without having to reinstall.
