Any good subnotebooks with tablet features?

I was browsing for a subnotebooks with tablet features for a friend of mine. He wants something similar to the Sony VAIO TR3 that also includes pen/touch features. His main concerns along with tablet features are, Centrino processor, DVD-R/W, large HDD, and long battery life, and lastly small/portable. Any suggestions?
 
For subnotebook owners, performance wise, will maxing out the RAM help in supplementing the shared VRAM? Most of these subnotebooks include the shared graphics.
