Any good stories about Gigabyte RMA?

I searched for "gigabyte rma" and found two negative posts. This has me discouraged.

Has anybody had a positive experience about Gigabyte's RMA service?

Hmm,... I took a chance on a Gigabyte board a few weeks ago,... nuthin but problems,...took it back and upgraded to a little better Gigabyte board,..could not even install an OS,... two strikes and no more. I'm sure Gigabyte must make some good stuff, but I'm none to keen on them now. How does this relate to your rma ???? Well I like to support my local small buisness man,... they took back both Gigabyte boards, and gave me the Neo2 for the same price (about a $20 savings), sometimes what you save on mail order/internet sales is not worth the price of good customer (same day) service.

A co-worker of mine attempted a RMA through Gigabyte it ended up being nothing but trouble. He ended up buying the exact same board and then switching them out and returning the bad one for a refund

Well, newegg offers RMA but only for a certian period of time. I ordered this board in the middle of december.
