With all these great how to modding tips available, e.g., epox 8KHA+ voltage mod, enermax p/s 5v rail mod, promise ata66/100 pci to raid mod, I have a hankering to start soldering. Alas my fine motor skills are not too advanced. Anyone know of a good site for learning how to do the fine circuit board level soldering necessary for these projects. I have plenty of old junk boards I could practice on to get the right feel, but info on prepping of contacts, selection of solder and soldering irons, tips on how to not overheat and damage the circuit board, and avoiding pitfalls would be appreciated.
