Any good sites to form an LLC?

Just asking here first (I will be doing my own research)

But have any of you formed an LLC.. And did you use an online site to file the forms? Is there any good site out there that you can recommend?

Actually, I'm going to be doing some research over the next few weeks, and I might be as well. I'll keep you updated with anything that I find.

When I formed my LLC I just downloaded the forms from the State of Michigan web site and mailed them in. Mine was a simple partnership so it was like 1 form for state and then I got my ESN through the IRS online.

just go through the kansas secretary of state, since your LLC will need to be filed with them anyway. if you call their number, they will guide you through the process, or you can speak with someone who will tell you how to proceed.
