Any good sites out there for instruction on assembling rj11/rj45 keystone jacks?

Hey guys I am thinking about buying the keystone jacks from 9thtee.com and they have a little tutorial but it is somewhat vague. Anyone know where I can look? Also, the jacks on the site are stated not to require a punch down tool, is this true? Can someone explain how one of these tools is used? Thanks for any advice
