Any good sites out there dedicated to showing what filters to apply for common flaws in Photoshop?

Hi All, I'm a newb at the photoshop scene, mainly because I've never had a decent cam before, and I didn't like the idea of using pirated software.

Anyways, I just pickd up a new Olympus cam, and to my suprise it came with the whole version of Photoshop Elements, which to my understanding is the same as the standard Photoshop, minus the stuff that the hime user would never touch anyways.

What I'm looking for is a site that more or less lists common flaws that you can find in photos you've taken, and then the best filters/techniques to rub them out. I've played around with it quite a bit, but there is just soooo much there that it could take days, and I still might not find the best solution.

Thanks in advance guys

Probably the only filters you'll ever need are the blur and sharpen filters. All the other filters are pretty much just fluff.

Well, so far the main filter I've gotten my kicks off of is the saturation one, cleans up chromatic aberation rather nicely. The rest are pretty useless though? What about for "noisy" shots?

As I understand it, Elements is not full Photoshop, but a smaller prog designed specifically for photographers. Just go to Google or your favorite search engine and type in 'Photoshop tutorials', you should find a ton.
