im looking for a running shoe that gives the most arch in the insole because my foot is really flat and standing on doing any walking for 5 min. and my lower back and feet starts to hurt.

i heard a lot about new balance shoes giving good arch , maybe anything in specific from runners? or any other brand would suffice which fits my needs

You could visit a Podiatrist and have your feet custom fitted for Sporthotics.

Or you could visit Walmart or Target to pick up some arch supports.

EDIT:
In addition to the arch support/orthotics, it is good to learn to use the muscles in your feet.

  1. Point your toes forward when you walk. Not inward, nor outward.
  2. Use your ankle combined with flexing the muscle along the bottom of your foot to lift your arch.

This will properly align your legs, knees, and lower back.

In general, flat feet is caused by poor foot/ankle muscle control that further leads to foot/ankle/knee/hip/spine misalignment.
