You are going to be disappointed.

1. whoever owns the Risk IP reeealy doesn't like other people copying it. So if you want to play Risk, your choice is A) buy the official Risk app. There is no choice B).
2. the only actual Risk you will find has reverted back to the 2-dice-to-defend game mode. This absolutely sucks gorilla balls for anyone who has any actual skill in Risk. I also am pretty sure that they have made 2 "minor" changes to which territory can attack which, and these completely destroy the game.
3. the imitation Risk apps all suck.
