Any good program for DVD to ipod?

I'm looking for a one step program to convert some of my DVD's to ipod format to use on my ipod Video.

 
While I've not used any converters for iPod, I tried a *bunch* of demo converters for my PSP, and this one stood head and shoulders above the rest in a number of ways. Rip speed was WAY faster than anything else, the UI made it (relatively) seamless to name the files so the PSP would like them and there were lots of customizable presets for quality and resolution.

I liked it enough that I had no qualms with the $35ish price, even with the sorta-shady feeling website. I think it's eastern-european run, based on some of the english used.

That said, the same company makes this that I would at least give a try.
