That i can use in my home network? if its free, i dont mind. if i gottat buy it i dont mind it.. im looking for an all-in-one utility that will update me on the networks status, stuff like that. a geek's toy basically

Ethereal + Cain & Abel = Network admin's best friends.

I can pinpoint an infected machine (whatever that virus with "bling.exe" is) on the network in about 10 seconds with those two open. 😉

Edit - I assume no responsibility for you getting screwed over by any higher power in IT should you step on someone's toes with those.
